Ajay Reche currently heads the Human Resources function at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.
Ajay has completed his M.A. (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (1997) and B.Tech in 1994.
He has over 11 years of experience in the domain of Human Resource Development.
Previously, he has worked for Lafarge (India) Limited , ICI (India) Limited, Wockhardt Hospitals Limited, Fulford(India) Limited, Bilt.
At MLDL, he hopes to streamline and institutionalize existing as well as new and innovative HR processes towards developing a project based organization.
Ajay is based in Mumbai and reports in to Pawan Malhotra, MD and CEO, MLDL.
His hobbies are reading, writing and listening music. He is married with one daughter.
